Grades will be based on midterm and final examinations, a written case brief, class participation in small groups. and small group presentations to the class.
The comprehensive final is not a take-home test. The comprehensive final is a closed book and closed notes exam.

Late Submission of Course Materials: Makeup examinations will only be given in cases of extreme emergency.
